At Staci, the health and safety of our employees are fundamental to our strategy for responsible logistics.
On the occasion of World Day for Health and Safety at Work, we reaffirm a strong conviction: sustainable performance depends on protecting our employees.
Every day, our teams strive to deliver the best possible quality of service to our customers, working in complex, dynamic and demanding environments.
That’s why we do everything in our power to guarantee their physical, mental and emotional safety, through a genuine risk management policy that takes the form of a series of actions:
✅ Regular training specific to logistics risks (Quizzes, escape games, role-playing exercises, etc.).
✅ Continuous improvement of QHSE practices
✅ Ergonomic optimization of workstations
✅ Active prevention of musculoskeletal disorders (MSD)
The result?
-> Calmer, more committed employees, who perform better.
-> Fewer incidents, fewer interruptions, and therefore smoother operations
-> Improved responsiveness
-> Meeting deadlines
-> Improved quality of service for our customers, thanks to stable, competent and committed teams.
Because safe employees mean controlled operations and more agile, high-performance logistics for our customers and partners.

Today, on the occasion of World Recycling Day, we are reaffirming our commitment alongside our customers to work together to build more responsible, sustainable and virtuous logistics.
As a partner to its customers, Staci forms part of their value chain by offering them logistics solutions to help reduce their environmental footprint:
🔁 Reuse of POS advertising: reconditioning of durable structures used for sales promotions and new personalisation of temporary promotional media to extend their life cycle.
📦 Circular packaging: using reusable packaging made from recycled materials that can be returned, cleaned and used over a hundred times!
🛠️ Repairing and recycling furniture or entertainment equipment: collecting used items to give them a second life.
📦 Recovering cardboard: recycling our cardboard or that of our customers via regulated channels or by transforming it into cushioning products.
💡 The benefits:
➡️ Less purchasing, less production and therefore less use of raw materials
➡️ Less stock, less waste, more savings
🔄 This approach is in line with the 4Rs: Reduce, Reuse, Repair, Recycle, and enables our customers to combine economic performance with environmental commitment.
👉 Together, let’s make circularity a lever for sustainable transformation!

To mark #InternationalWomensDay, let’s focus on the inspiring career path of our employee Ingrid Larue, who is a true model of development and commitment!
💡 From Order Picker to Site Manager, an exemplary career!
After arriving as a temporary order picker in 1996, Ingrid thought she’d only be here for a few weeks… 29 years later, she is the embodiment of #internalmobility and operational excellence.
💙 Curiosity, determination, involvement! 💙
Qualities that quickly enabled her to progress to Team Manager and then Area Manager.
Ingrid then took up a scheduling position, a strategic role at Staci as it involves receiving the entire customer order portfolio and managing shipments. This experience at the heart of the ‘control tower’ naturally led her to go on to become Operations Manager. 💪
After 20 years in operations, Ingrid decided to discover another facet of the #logistics business by becoming a Sales Assistant, then Account Manager. It was a new challenge that this former shy girl rose to with flying colours, being in charge of a portfolio of around forty customers. 🙌
For the past 2 years, Ingrid has been Site Manager. It’s a natural progression from her rich and varied career. Her expertise and perfect knowledge of all the business lines give her unrivalled legitimacy and the respect of her teams.
👏 Well done Ingrid for her career and her commitment to Staci! 👏
At Staci, we are committed to professional equality, the recognition of talent and the diversity of career paths. We foster an environment where everyone has the means to develop and seize opportunities. Ingrid is living proof of this! 🌟

At Staci, reducing our energy consumption is one of our key commitments to responsible environmental impact.
Here’s how we’re implementing this commitment with concrete, ambitious actions ⬇️
💯 Relamping our sites in France: 100% of our warehouses are equipped with intelligent LED lighting, covering an area of 350,000 m2.
☀️Energie Solar energy: our Staci 10 site has 443 photovoltaic panels on its roof.
This approach has also been extended to our international subsidiaries, consolidating our responsible approach on a global scale:
💯Staci Italia: 100% of sites are supplied with renewable energy.
🌞 Staci UK: 2/3 of sites already use renewable energy sources.
❇️ All these actions have enabled Staci to reduce its electricity consumption by 16% in France. At Group level, our ambition is to achieve 100% renewable energy by 2030. ❇️
Together, let’s build a greener, more sustainable future!

For several months now, Staci and all its subsidiaries have been working to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), a European regulation aimed at harmonising non-financial reporting around 3 key areas: Environment, Social and Governance.
And while the subject is at the heart of our concerns, it’s not just to meet regulatory requirements.
👉 The CSRD is a structuring and forward-looking project for our organisation.
👉 It enables us to transform these requirements into sustainable performance levers for our company and those of our customers.
Our objective 🎯? To remain a reliable, sustainable and resilient logistics partner at the service of our customers and in alignment with their growing sustainability needs.
To achieve this, Staci relies on:
🔹A fully committed management team
🔹Motivated teams
🔹Strengthened synergies with bpostgroup
Together, we are building sustainable logistics and transport solutions for today and tomorrow.

We are very proud to publish today our 2nd CSR report.
Covering the year 2023, this report is the expression of our approach to contributing to a more sustainable world through 3 pillars: social, environmental and ethical, with this time the elements contributed by our subsidiaries.
The year 2023 was a particularly busy one for Staci, culminating in the signing of the EVCom charter, which illustrates our ambition to reduce carbon emissions.
To receive it, send an e-mail to csr@staci.com
As part of our carbon policy and our decarbonisation objectives, last year we signed the #EVcom charter of the EVE programme (Voluntary Commitments for the Environment) run by ADEME.
This scheme commits freight forwarders such as Staci to reducing their greenhouse gas emissions in the transport and logistics sector, with a target reduction of 6% to be achieved in 3 years.
We are on course to meet this target sooner than expected, having already cut transport emissions by 4.65% in just one year!
These are very encouraging results, which confirm that the reduction measures we have put in place are working!

As part of our CSR policy and our contribution to climate issues, Staci France has been carrying out its carbon footprint for all its activities (Scopes 1, 2 and 3) since 2021 and is today publishing its results for 2023.
Our carbon footprint for France in 2023 is 32 kt CO2 e, broken down as follows:
🌿 9% for scope 1: direct emissions
🌿 1% for scope 2: indirect energy-related emissions
🌿 90% for scope 3: other indirect emissions (excluding upstream freight).
🎯 We are continuing our actions by implementing the ‘ACT step by step’ approach established by ADEME in order to align our objectives with the low-carbon trajectory defined by the Paris Agreements.

Well-being at work is an integral part of our corporate culture and values. That’s why we implement a number of actions daily to promote the best possible working conditions for our employees.
The latest initiative they discovered during the Quality and Working Conditions Week (which took place from June 17 to 21): Kiplin, an application giving them access to various contents: health webinars, team sports challenges, stress management or tai chi workshops, individualized nutrition plans… 🏃🏽♂️ so many initiatives to promote and maintain a fulfilling and stimulating work environment, which we believe is the guarantee of a successful and sustainable company. 💪
