We are very proud to publish today our 2nd CSR report.

Covering the year 2023, this report is the expression of our approach to contributing to a more sustainable world through 3 pillars: social, environmental and ethical, with this time the elements contributed by our subsidiaries.

The year 2023 was a particularly busy one for Staci, culminating in the signing of the EVCom charter, which illustrates our ambition to reduce carbon emissions.

On 27 October, 20 female employees of Staci Sud got together to take part in the #Salonaise, a 100% women’s solidarity run organised as part of Pink October in Salon-de-Provence.

As well as raising awareness of the fight against breast cancer, this event helps to finance vital projects, since part of the funds raised will be used to purchase a mammography machine for the hospital in Salon-de-Provence.

An event that broke all records with 1157 participants this year in a sporting atmosphere, filled with generosity, solidarity and good humour!!!!

A huge well done to all the participants for their energy and commitment

As part of our carbon policy and our decarbonisation objectives, last year we signed the #EVcom charter of the EVE programme (Voluntary Commitments for the Environment) run by ADEME.

This scheme commits freight forwarders such as Staci to reducing their greenhouse gas emissions in the transport and logistics sector, with a target reduction of 6% to be achieved in 3 years.

We are on course to meet this target sooner than expected, having already cut transport emissions by 4.65% in just one year!

These are very encouraging results, which confirm that the reduction measures we have put in place are working!

Staci is applying its expertise to the supply chain of LITED, a manufacturer and distributor of LED lighting solutions.

French company LITED designs, manufactures and distributes intelligent, eco-responsible LED lighting solutions focused on well-being. A leader in the French professional market for standard and made-to-measure products and services, the company, which was founded in 2005, is rolling out its first services platform this year, with the aim of simplifying the management of its customers’ lighting projects. To achieve this, LITED intends to rely on its logistics partner Staci.

Staci provides its client LITED with complete logistics management from its Saint-Ouen l’Aumône site in Val-d’Oise. The logistics provider receives, stores, prepares orders and dispatches products whose types and ranges vary frequently. A total of €5m of stock and 3,501 pallets are stored there, covering more than 1,500 product references.

Offering lightning-fast transport…

On the transport front, a key factor in customer satisfaction for LITED, Staci has designed a new range of tailor-made services. This covers delivery services on D+1 at 12 noon or 6pm, by appointment, out of gauge, via on-site provision and, soon, a courier service throughout the Île-de-France region. The aim is to provide a high value-added service for LITED’s customers, while guaranteeing that deadlines are met without fail.

“This new logistics and transport offer will enable us to strengthen our competitiveness and develop our position in the French market. We need to guarantee our installer and distributor customers deliveries anywhere in France within 24/48 hours, on terms negotiated with the various carriers, and that’s what Staci has managed to offer us,” says Maxime HEBERT, LITED’s Marketing/IS Director.

Tracking in the spotlight

Interfaced with LITED’s digital services platform, Staci keeps its customers informed in real time of shipments and order tracking. ‘This platform is also accessible to our customers. They can consult the product catalogue, enter quotations, place orders, access stock information and choose the transport solution best suited to their needs. Finally, thanks to Staci, we are able to share the tracking of their parcels with them’, concludes Maxime HEBERT, Marketing/IS Director at LITED.

As part of our CSR policy and our contribution to climate issues, Staci France has been carrying out its carbon footprint for all its activities (Scopes 1, 2 and 3) since 2021 and is today publishing its results for 2023.

Our carbon footprint for France in 2023 is 32 kt CO2 e, broken down as follows:
🌿 9% for scope 1: direct emissions
🌿 1% for scope 2: indirect energy-related emissions
🌿 90% for scope 3: other indirect emissions (excluding upstream freight).

🎯 We are continuing our actions by implementing the ‘ACT step by step’ approach established by ADEME in order to align our objectives with the low-carbon trajectory defined by the Paris Agreements.
